One of our long-term clients had an urgent need to fill a variety of positions in their commercial and government divisions, including critical cleared individuals to work at the White House. We quickly jumped in and placed over 100 resources within 30 days who supported critical functions within IT, Network, Finance, and others to support a range of areas from customer facing operations to back-end Data Center requirements. We were contracted to relocate a client’s complex Distribution Facility over a 3-day weekend and we were up for the challenge. Not only did we recruit and on-board over 175 candidates to support the project, we were also able to partner with an organization who supports an underserved segment of the community to recruit many our candidates. Like many large organizations, our client’s Supply Chain team faced several challenges while tracking spend data across a variety of systems, subsystems and downstream applications. They needed a fast and intuitive self-service reporting platform/portal to be used by its properties to leverage preferred contracts and volume discounts with suppliers nationwide. Ampcus leveraged the integration of Machine Learning and Hadoop to create a Master Data File which was deployed throughout their supply chain systems to identify and capture the best rate and savings. Our client needed an IT partner to design engineer and set up primary and Disaster Recover Data Center facilities in the U.S., provision and implement hardware on their MS OS environment to enable 60 TB of data migration from Europe to the U.S., and test and validate the new Data Center utilizing 78 TB of synthetic data. Ampcus successfully increased IT Service Delivery and Helpdesk Support within the Tiers by an average of 60% across both areas. We also generated year-over-year cost savings of 18%. Due to our success, Ampcus received incremental work, including support of the Client’s Salesforce Integration and their HRMS System.
