Tailored for VHA beneficiaries, the HRA tool is accessible via a portal integrated with their Personal Health Record (PHR) through My HealtheVet (MHV).

The client runs multiple always-on online applications powered by SQL Server, requiring real-time availability and stringent data security. Ampcus is trusted to provide Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Business Engineering Architecture (BEA) support across 152 processes. We hold full responsibility for the design, development, configuration, and change management of 125 processes. For the remaining processes, we ensure audit readiness and compliance. Ampcus Tech is engaged to support the client in a Methods Integration Systems Engineering role, bridging instrument system development with assay development for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices and related laboratory automation. These advanced medical devices enable rapid and accurate diagnostic testing, assisting clinical laboratories in key areas such as infectious diseases, oncology, cardiology, fertility, thyroid function, and various other medical diagnostics.
